Several months ago we upgraded the uniforms of our medical centre and vasectomy clinic staff as we do every couple of years. A decision was made between management and the nursing staff to change the style of uniforms the nurses wear to that of scrubs.
After contacting many companies and requesting colour & size samples we were left very unimpressed with the quality of what had been offered. Fortunately we contacted Scrubz Workwear who sent us a far greater range of samples to anything we had received before. Not only were there copious amounts of colours & styles to choose from but the quality and cut of the garments were far superior to anything we had seen previously.
Our experience with the staff at Scrubz Workwear was one of extreme professionalism; they communicated with us every step of the process and delivered the finished products, complete with monograms before the due date in order for us to have them in time for our waiting room photographs to be updated.
The nurses have been wearing their “scrubz” now for a week and we have received numerous compliments from the patients as to how professional they look and how easy they are to identify amongst all of the staff. Some of the doctors have expressed interest in wearing scrubz now which is something they would never have contemplated in the past.
Please accept our sincere thanks for your outstanding service; it was very refreshing to deal with a company who delivered what we needed not only quickly & efficiently but who genuinely cared that we received exactly what we wanted.

We had received a previous order from a NSW based company for the provision of scrub shirts for our nursing staff. This order took 7 weeks to process as the items came from America. Initially we thought this was due to the fact that we were new customers.
Our company was unexpectedly caught short with this style being more popular than initially thought. After contacting that company again to place an additional order we were advised that we would have the same 7 week wait.
As our staff needed uniforms immediately, I went searching the internet for another supplier. A Google search led me to Scrubz Workwear.
This company supplied the same brand of uniform as previously ordered and the turnaround time was 9 days including embroidery. I dealt with Jamie who advised me that the minimal time to get the stock into the country was due to the frequency with which they order and the freighting choice made by Scrubz.
Jamie also provided me with a cheaper rate for the same item which impressed us no end. This exceptionally high service did not stop there.
Jamie came back to us with a sample of a different brand of Scrub shirt that matched the quality and style of the ones we had ordered from the previous company. This again created a huge cost saving for our company yet allowing us to maintain the same high quality and professional looking uniform.
From confirmation of our order and artwork to the receipt of our stock, dealing with Scrubz Workwear has been nothing short of professional, and highly efficient.
